PROFIL / RESUMÉ Based in Denmark. I would like to continue my journey in a global work environment. I particular enjoy working in a global project with people from all over the world. I work now in a Project that started with a Hybrid model, 80% On-site. Then Covid came and now we mostly work Remotely. I am open for Contract assignment and Remote/Hybrid work. I would prefer, at least every half year, to meet the close colleagues. KERNEKOMPETENCER Project Management: Currently working with a hybrid SCRUM model — Data Rehearsals and Production Cutover with a tight task plan and daily follow-up meetings. In the Fit-Gap Phase (Design Phase) working with high level task plans on Team level (SD, FI, MM-PUR, etc.). Strong in planning and execution with flexible leadership style. Team Leadership: Outgoing and communicative. Focus on building integrated teams by understanding individual motivation and skillsets. Takes action when motivation is lacking or skills need improvement. Communication: Extensive communication coaching within teams. Business background combined with IT language skills. Leads kick-off sessions before Fit-Gap and Validation sessions for business subject matter experts. Strong focus on clear, accessible presentation design. Power BI: Deep expertise in Power BI since 2017. Used for Data Governance, Data Migration validation report templates, and management reporting across multiple data sources. Self-taught and has coached many colleagues in the tool.
